FRT was founded in 2026 to give principals a single accountable counterparty for security and mobility across Europe — operated from the city where many of those principals now base themselves.
Founding
FRT Global Solutions L.L.C-FZ is registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. The operating company is new. The people behind it are not.
The founding team comes from the European security industry — operations management, close protection coordination, and corporate risk advisory across Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the Gulf. The brokerage model and the partner network draw directly on that history.
The decision to base the company in Dubai was deliberate. A growing share of the clients FRT was built to serve already live, work, or transit through the UAE. Coordinating European engagements from the same time zone as the principal — rather than from one of the operator countries — removes friction that compounds across a multi-country brief.
Partnership disclosure
FRT works within a broader professional ecosystem that contributes specialist experience, operator vetting capability, and practical knowledge of the Italian and wider European security market.
We explain this relationship at a high level because the coordination model works only when the client understands the nature of the counterparties involved. FRT operates under UAE Free Zone authority for advisory, software, and coordination services, while external contributors and delivery partners remain responsible for the licensing appropriate to their own activities.
Partner operators in the European network are independent third parties; FRT has no ownership interest in them. We are paid by the client, not by the operators, and we disclose our coordination fee on request.
How we describe the team
We do not publish photographs or names of the operations team.
Discretion is a service. Asking the people who coordinate sensitive engagements to make themselves identifiable on a public website would compromise the same posture we ask of our partner operators.
Credentials and roles are available on request, under NDA where appropriate. Founding team backgrounds are disclosed in writing during the briefing stage of any engagement.
