Brokerage — coordinated across Europe
Secure Transportation
Discreet armoured and standard transport with screened drivers, available across major European cities.
The challenge
Hire car services are easy to book and rarely the right answer when the brief calls for discretion. Vehicle condition varies, driver vetting is opaque, and there is usually no single point of accountability when a car is late, the route is wrong, or the principal needs to change plans mid-day.
Our approach
We coordinate transport through partner operators who have been vetted to the same standard as our protection network. Vehicles are matched to the brief — armoured or standard, sedan or SUV, single car or convoy — and drivers are screened, English-speaking by default, and briefed on the itinerary before arrival.

FAQ
Common questions.
- Is the transportation service direct or coordinated?
- Coordinated through our vetted partner network — FRT does not own vehicles. The client deals with FRT for the engagement; the vehicles and drivers are provided by partner operators.
- Can you arrange armoured vehicles?
- Yes, in most major European cities. Lead time varies by city and vehicle specification — typically 24 to 72 hours, longer for B6+ armouring requirements.
- Can transportation be booked alongside close protection?
- Yes — and it usually should be when the brief calls for both. The same coordinator handles the combined engagement so the protection team and the driver are working from the same plan.
- How do you screen drivers?
- Through the partner operator — licensing, background and reference checks, insurance, discretion training, and language. We do not accept on-demand drivers from rideshare or generic chauffeur platforms.
- What if plans change mid-day?
- Call the coordinator. Mid-day re-planning is a normal part of these engagements; the coordinator owns the change and propagates it to the driver and any other linked services.
