Who we are

FRT Global Solutions L.L.C-FZ ("FRT", "we") is a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and through enquiries made to us.

Contact: info@frt.solutions.

Applicable law

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for data subjects in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 concerning the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) for data subjects in the UAE.

What we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it — primarily through the consultation request form. Fields include name, company, role, country, email, phone (optional), preferred contact channel, service interest, timing, and any free-text context you provide.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for engagement-related data; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for service quality and security; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where explicitly requested at point of collection.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set non-essential cookies by default and does not use Google Analytics. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in future, an opt-in cookie banner will appear and analytics will not run before consent.

Sharing

Personal data is shared only with parties strictly necessary to respond to your enquiry — typically the named coordinator handling your brief. Where an engagement proceeds, partner operators in our European network may receive the minimum information required to deliver the engagement, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations equivalent to ours.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

International transfers

FRT is based in the UAE and works with partners across the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland. Transfers between these jurisdictions are governed by appropriate safeguards: standard contractual clauses (where applicable) and supplementary measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact unless a longer retention period is required by law or by the terms of an active engagement. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR (and equivalent rights under UAE PDPL), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Requests should be sent to info@frt.solutions and will be answered within 30 days.

EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority. UAE residents may contact the UAE Data Office.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Internal access to enquiry data is restricted to the operations team. We carry out periodic reviews of our information security posture and rotate credentials accordingly.

To report a vulnerability in our infrastructure, write to security@frt.solutions or see /.well-known/security.txt.

Changes

We will update this policy when our processing changes. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, by direct notice.
