Engagements outside this list are taken on a case-by-case basis. We will tell you honestly when a country sits outside our current network rather than improvise coverage.

Vetting

How operators enter the network.

Every partner is reviewed against the criteria below at onboarding and re-reviewed at least annually. Every engagement closes with a debrief that feeds the next review.

  • Licensing

    Country-specific licensing verified at onboarding and re-verified annually. Operators in regulated markets (UK SIA, France CNAPS, Italy DM 269, Spain Ley 5/2014) cannot be in the network without current registration.

  • Background

    Operator-level background checks plus principal-officer reference verification. Criminal record disclosures sighted directly, not through a self-declaration.

  • Experience

    Minimum credible operational track record per service line. Documented operational history reviewed; references taken outside the operator’s own circle.

  • Insurance & indemnity

    Public liability, professional indemnity, and where applicable firearms coverage verified at policy level, not from a certificate alone.

  • Language

    English-speaking by default. Additional languages disclosed at the operator level and matched to the principal where requested.

  • Confidentiality

    NDA in place at the partner level before any client information is exchanged. Re-signed annually.
