1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at frt.solutions and any preliminary communications with FRT Global Solutions L.L.C-FZ ("FRT"). Engagements are governed separately by a written engagement letter executed by both parties.

2. Service model — disclosure

FRT delivers some services directly and acts as a coordinator (intermediary) for others. Specifically:

• Direct services: Travel Security Consulting, Cyber Security Advisory, and Security Software Solutions are delivered directly by FRT under its own responsibility.
• Brokered services: Close Protection Coordination and Secure Transportation are coordinated by FRT and delivered on the ground by vetted partner operators under their own licensing. FRT remains the client's single accountable counterparty for the engagement.

This distinction is disclosed in proposals and in engagement letters. Clients are entitled to know which model applies to each line item of an engagement, and to receive operator-level credentials on request.

3. Website use

This website is provided for information about FRT and to enable confidential enquiries. You agree not to use it to submit unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive material, and not to attempt to circumvent any security control. Automated scraping of contact details for unsolicited outreach is not permitted.

4. Confidentiality of enquiries

Information submitted through the consultation form is treated as confidential and shared only with the parties necessary to respond. NDAs are available on request before any operational detail is exchanged.

5. No engagement until written

No engagement, retainer, or contractual relationship is created by submitting the form, by exchanging emails, or by holding preliminary conversations. An engagement exists only when both parties have signed a written engagement letter.

6. Information accuracy

Content on this website is provided in good faith but may be updated, replaced, or removed. Service descriptions are indicative and do not constitute an offer; specifics are set out in writing for each engagement.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including the FRT wordmark, copy, and design, is the property of FRT Global Solutions L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. Reproduction or substantial extraction is permitted only with prior written consent.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone. The courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any consumer rights you may have under your local law.
